Steps to run MMF with HRLDAS/Noah-MP

You would need additional variables to run Noah-MP with the MMF groundwater option.
These variables, FDEPTH, RECHCLIM, RIVERBED,EQZWT are processed when generating the geo_em file using WPS, in the geogrid directory,

Link the noahmp GEOGRID table:
ln -sf GEOGRID.TBL.ARW.noahmp GEOGRID.TBL

Then run geogrid.exe. You will find these variables in the geo_em files. Once you obtain these variables, you can add them to the HRLDAS_setup file.
Then you will be able to run hrldas.exe with the MMF groundwater option.
