It is a land model, so it will not run over water points. That is why the values over water points are all -9999. |

Hi. I am using hrldas to run the Noah-MP model over a 500x500km domain with a 2.5km resolution. I generated my geo_em.d01.nc for "MODIFIED_IGBP_MODIS_NOAH" land use land cover map. Forcing, topog, lsm data is global ERA5-land. The model runs fine without any error messages. However some of the output fields show value -9999.0 over water points. Also albedo is -9999.9 everywhere. Is this a sign that something is wrong with my run? This does not happen when I run WRF. Below is the max and min values for a few variables for the 1h output. Thank you!
