What is the current behavior?
Create a new collection in WAIL.
There is no way to delete it.
If you go to "file>Open collections location" and browse into the "Collections" folder and delete the sub-folder for a collection, the next time you start WAIL it will not pass the screen trying to start services.
If you then restore the folder and restart WAIL, it will start properly.
What is the expected behavior?
There should be a way to delete unused collections and or seeds.
What's your environment?
WAIL 1.1.0
Windows 10 x64
