Initial window never shown on macOS

What is the current behavior?

rm ~/Application_Support/wail and ~/Documents/wail*
Drag WAIL to Applications folder.
No window is displayed.
WAIL menus are shown when WAIL app is "active".

What is the expected behavior?

A window is shown

What's your environment?

macOS 10.12.6. WAIL 1.2.0-Beta2

Other information

Toggle Developer Options does not show the dev console. Receive the attached error message when quitting.

@machawk1 hmmmmmm ok dang looks like I got some investigating to do.

@N0taN3rd Let me know if there is something you need tested out on this issue. Note that this is not the latest version of the OS (10.3.0), which was released on September 25, 2017 and is still being reported as very buggy.
