File name setting not respected when saving?

I want to first express my gratitude that you've added the two features that I've request, #83 and #105. But I think I just discovered that, while I long hold the save button to save the recording, its name is the time when the app started the process, which is the default setting, but not what I set under the "Filename Format". Would you take a look into it?

I investigated a bit, and it seems that the filename format setting is simply ignored, whatever the saving functionality is.
