Sometimes you want to provide the user with info without expecting them to interact with the provider of that information.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple UI element where we can provide text and a time. The text appears at the given position and then disappears after the time. Shouldnt need to respond to input, except perhaps click to dismiss. Could extend by adding entry and exit effects.
