MUI Initial Release

The first official release of the MUI code coupling library.

This version is tested against all currently released test cases and incorporates latest functionality including a Radial Basis Function spatial interpolation, direct data extraction fetch methods, single parameter passing push/pull methods, fixed point optimisation and much more.
