Screen unlock should call pGina plugins (i.e. Radius)

Is it possible to configure pGina so that the plugins (e.g. Radius authentication) are also called in the event of a screen unlock (user is already logged in)?

If I have understood the documentation correctly, it is not intended that the plugins are not called in this case. Could this be changed in the pGina source - or is this a Windows restriction?
