This is a feature to temporarily work around #10 .
The idea is to have an extra parameter to include or exclude jobs (regex would be nice).
This would mean that Jenkins would have several Jam instances (and this is why this is not a permanent fix but a temporary work-around).
Nota bene: Things could go haywire if two Jam instances manage the same job!
