This software and associated documentation ("Software") is owned by MultiChat and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the following conditions:

1. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Software.
