Get Mudlet to show the default_profile #18

It would be nice if the default_profile that's always loaded was like a normal profile with a main console. This would enable us to add a newbie tutorial as the very first thing the user sees, instead of only being able to show it after they have figured out how to connect to a MUD.

IIRC The "default profile" is the parent of the "Central Debug Console" so things might need redesign to re-parent that to, say, the mudlet class. I suspect that long ago, before the concept of predefined MUDs evolved into what we have now, the default profile did behave as a plain, unspecific profile.

💡 I did try and compile a Mudlet 1.0 version recently, I'll have to look back and see how that behaved for clues...
