Hi Joao,

Thank you for your interest in the tool! At the moment, I don’t have a Singularity image for it. However, I’d be happy to accept a pull request if someone wants to contribute one.

There are docker images at https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/drep you can run them with singularity (or create a local image using pull). Those are built for bioconda.

For the Galaxy project we have a cache of all singularity images .. can look it up if needed.
