#3 $i'd say merge the two under common VIT-monorepo.

Why?

Because:

• sub-nucleation (sub-sub-grouping): avoided
  mozilla already is struggling with so_many small communities.

• it does not help drive individual contribution: encouraged
  anyone should be able to jumpstart and do what they like.. in their own fork/branch.

• there are two mozilla clubs in Vellore campus itself: merged
  FFX-DG [2013-14] & vMozilla [2016]
