To go with MovingBlocks/FacadeServer-frontend#1 and MovingBlocks/FacadeServer#11 to https more of the things

We might also want to move our central instance to a team Heroku account sometime (finally got that working with GooeyJr!). but am unsure how much hassle would be involved. @msteiger would be the point person for current hosting and @qwc the master of the LetsEncrypt magic :-)
