Compare mds of ICI-Kt values to PCA on the same data.

Can we use MDS of ICI-Kt values instead of heatmaps for visualization and determining where things may be broken down or where the outliers are?

Heatmaps can be hard to read, need re-ordering, etc. MDS should ideally still highlight if there are outliers, or allow us to calculate distances that would highlight outliers more easily.
