Change Hbeta label

Some of the functions does not work because off the change of Hbeta label in the last Cloudy release.

The real label in Cloudy is "H 1 4861.33A", nevertheless the code will recognize the label as "H 1 4861.3". But pyCloudy takes the value as "H__1_486130A".

I changed manually in the code but, perhaps, will be very useful to change the labels for future updates.
