Reproduction:

Likely due to the late sever lag from DDoS. When trying to craft a meal, fish and chips, the menu froze. After opening it up again, every recipe is stuck on crafting cooldown.

Reconnecting and restarting does not fix it,. Admin killed and revived me too, in vain.
