Reproduction:

Both myself and the other Mining Cyborg in this round have been given upgraded drills and bags of holding for ore, but we still have the old ones in our loadout. This wouldn't be awful, except it continues to retrieve exclusively to the old, small bag instead of the new one. I sent in a PM and was told to submit a report about it, so here we are.

This also happened the last round I'd played a Mining borg, where my entire Mod Interface also broke and stopped allowing me to unlock myself or adjust my lights, so there have been recurring issues.
