Yes, there was such an issue, I think I've fixed that a pretty long time ago, but since the issue is for 1.7.10 it makes sence

It still exists in 1.13, which is the version EssentialCraft depends on. If a fix exists for this it would be helpful.

You might try the 2.0 builds for 1.7.10, they might have that fixed
