Pasteboard.writeFiles([imagePath]) incorrectly attaches the text content of the clipboard

Reproduce Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy some text
2. Call writeFiles
3. ctrl+v

Expected behavior

1. WriteFiles just copy file
2. Support writeImage on windows desktop
