The latest version of nplayers.ini (0.175) has been released. [LINK]

It's a file often used by front ends to filter for 1-4 player simultaneous/alternating multiplayer games. Might be a cool addition for MAMEHub by adding a new column on the gameslist.

Also, here is the latest category.ini (0.174) dividing the games according to genres. [LINK2]

PS: Unfortunately this is for Arcade only, but these files could help with setting up default genres for #361
