Spagetti carbonara recipe

Ingredients

  • spaghetti
  • guanciale
  • eggs
  • black pepper
  • pecorino romano

Instructions

  • cook spaghetti according to the package (e.g. 9 mins), use 1L of water for 100g of pasta
  • cook guanciale
  • separate yolk and egg whites, put some pecorino cheese, and black pepper, beat them
  • combine cooked guanciale with spaghetti and the yolk mixture
  • add even more black pepper according to preference
  • enjoy
