- cook spaghetti according to the package (e.g. 9 mins), use 1L of water for 100g of pasta
- cook guanciale
- separate yolk and egg whites, put some pecorino cheese, and black pepper, beat them
- combine cooked guanciale with spaghetti and the yolk mixture
- add even more black pepper according to preference
