reproduction of the MSE #2

I try to reproduce the code:

the link to the dataset ESOL was removed. i took another one from Pat Walter.

Then I fix some issue to TF2.3

I cannot get your result of MSE 0.373 using the best parameters.

Can you help on that is the original author provides Pytorch code finally ?

I see that they also publish a paper on Pretrained SA-MPNN did you see this paper ?
