Current Behavior?

I am unable to start my server! Its just stuck on "Service_starting". I have tried completely resetting it and nothing seems to work. Please help!

What should happen?

I don't know

Reproduction Steps

I have no clue how to reproduce this issue.

Client Information?

Client: Java
Web Browser: Opera
OS: Windows 10 Pro Edition
Minehut server name: Inown
