Base Metals has cupronickel, which while similar to constantan, is not the same and therefore is incompatible with constantan-related recipes from other mods. Having cupronickel oredict with constantan or adding a separate constantan metal with corresponding items would solve this issue.

I've asked about this before bc Constantan is used in a lot of popular mods and I was told it's not possible to have both Cupronickel and Constantan at the same time bc of the way forge and tinkers handles liquids. You can't have 2 different alloys that use the same metals even if they're different ratios because there's no way to determine which one you get from the smelter, for instance.
But I actually came on this GitHub to suggest that Cupronickel is added but cant be turned on alongside Cupronickel and vice versa. Like, if the config for Cupronickel is true then the config for Constantan must be false.
