Cant cast metal blocks in casting basin [1.10.2] [Tinker's Construct]

You can put metal blocks into the smeltery and have them melt, but you can't pour the molten metal into a casting basin to make a block.

This was tested in a new test environment (default configs) with only Base Metals, MMD OreSpawn, Tinkers Construct and Mantle installed, and I was unable to cast metal blocks.

Also, on another note, should there be bowstrings and arrow shafts made of the metals from the mod? Because there seems to be bowstrings and arrow shafts made of the metals from the mod. I don't feel like this was intended, since you can't make bowstrings or arrow shafts out of iron.
