[Bug] On mobile or tablet: list items cause web site to be frozen #1535

Steps to reproduce

Easiest way is to use the Playground editor on mobile device (I am using Android phone):

  1. Open the Playground web page.
  2. Try creating list items.

Expected behavior

  1. Users should be able to create a new list item when pressing enter

Actual behavior

1.. Notice that when pressing enter, it causes newline but not creating a new list item.
2. Try playing around with it for some time, and then the web page frozen.

Not quite similar, but based on another issue #1524, it seems the list-item in general is buggy
