Add option to zoom the orbital map

I really like the small orbital map. However, the way it selects it's section makes it difficult to plan ahead with it. It would be really helpfull if you could zoom in and out, or maybe pan around the view. The key input is completely unused for this screen, so the buttons would be available.

It would also be nice if you could use the prev and next keys to step through the orbital patches and have the apopasis and periapsis values updated for that patch. That would enhance the manuver planing by a lot.

here you see a munar escape orbit. But Kerbin is not visible so further planing must be done from map view.
