simple main menu with:

Connect button (redirects to game.html so the script will try to connect to the server)
~~Box that lets you choose between blue and green slime~~
Rules? How to play?
is the UI good?

slime color picker abandoned because it's the server that decides the slime color the player is assigned.

currently there's no need to address this, because everyone can be the same color for now, but this should be addressed in the future
