ISI Glossary of Statistical Terms link was dead as I was trying to submit to CRAN. I reached out to the ISI folks and they responded back:

As you may have seen, the ISI website got renewed and we are still working on more improvements. One of those improvements will als be the Glossary of Statistical terms. It's not gone completely, it's just temporary not available.

I used a Wayback machine link instead for the CRAN release, we should restore a "proper" link when possible.
