I bought a Dell Latitude e5520 from ebay and can't get into the BIOS. I'm looking at your recovery tool, but it wants a 12 digit code. The Dell Serial Number code is 7 + 4. And I can't find any 12 digit number on the Hard Disk at all. What code do I use?
