The dependency to the runtime library creates inter-dependencies which lead to some troubles in the base installation.

The cloudharness dependency comes from the use of cloudharness.testing.apitest_init to get the current token from Keycloak. Also needs information on the runtime, so there's quite a lot of code involved for this one call.

One solution would be to use the docker image, but need to have it built. Leaving out for now
