error: get_candySimplify_data, could not get data from server

Hi tried to connect to a Candy H CF 3C7LFX dishwasher.
I received this error message: error: get_candySimplify_data, could not get data from server.
It is connected to my wifi, can ping it when it it switched on.

How can I help you to solve it?

Been having the same issue. Not sure what’s going on. Tried multiple devices and they all can’t get data.

Same for me. My Candy dryer uses the Hon app. Fully controllable through the app. Connected to my WiFi and pingable just fine.
