Cannot place cutting board on Cooking for Blockheads counters

Description

Weirdly specific, I know. I am unable to place a cutting board on countertops from the CFB mod as stated. I can place it on other adjacent blocks (such as the floor) without issue, but that's rather unsanitary, so I would prefer to put it on the counter! I am not sure if this also applies to other FD cooking implements.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the game with both Farmer's Delight (FD) and Cooking for Blockheads (CFB) installed
2. Place any counter block from CFB
3. Attempt to place cutting board from FD on the counter
