add more samples to 'server files' on MediaConch gui

The .mkv files at https://github.com/dericed/matroska-test-files/tree/invalid-ebml are interesting.
Although some of those samples demonstrate tests not yet possible in MediaConch.

From our point of view there too many files without corresponding use cases. Better to filter and say for each file what is the use code.
Please create a page with use case (why this file? which MC feature should be tested with it?) per file you want on the server.
