XNet 7.0.2 on 1.21.1 Routers no longer connect with other routers, wireless routers completely broken.

XNet version 1.21-7.0.2
Routers no longer work with other outers, remote channels never appear, routers simply don't see each other no matter what cable combinations are used, layouts that worked previously are now non-functional.

wireless routers don't function at all and upon creation spew this error into the chat
Could not find value 'public' in supplied TE!
Dish and Antenna has no effect. Direct connection has no effect.

Best way I can describe it after some testing:

Controller - Router - Controller works.

Controller - Router - Router - Controller does not.
