Sensor Output Colors Shared Across All Wirelessly/Physically Routed Networks #563

Issue description:
Routed networks share sensor colors without any configuration. This is very different from all other channels, which require several explicit steps and confirmation. The issue this creates is that now only 15 sensor colors are available across N networks, where before we had 15 PER network. This diminishes the value and flexibility of Routers and Wireless Routers because players are often better off just making long, isolated cables.

Here is my request: Add some visual element to the Router that allows players to do the following:

  1. Name sensor channels (existing feature)
  2. Publish sensor channels (existing feature)
  3. Toggle remote channels to enable usage of sensor colors locally (new feature)
    • This will allow us to CONTROL which sensor channels bring in sensor colors. It lessens the pressure of only having 15 sensor colors and also makes it so we can actually create large smart networks.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Follow basic Xnet wireless tutorial https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/8pudnl/xnet_tutorial_wireless_router/
  2. Follow it again (4 wireless routers + controllers just to get the point across)
  3. Set up any sensor color (like red) on one network and use it immediately to control anything on other networks
