[1.16.5] RFToolsStorage Tablet Dupe and Overwrite items

Describe the bug
The hotkeys to change between Storage Scanners was not working consistantly,
I put the tablet in my offhand to see if it improved the situation.
It overwrote my hotbar slot.
I had another user on the server test and he lost some gear.

Steps to repeat.

1. Link two _Storage Control Screen Module_'s to different Storage Scanners.

2. Insert into @RFToolsStorage tablet.

3. Put device in off hand.

4. Toggle between them using hotkeys (default of [ and ])

5. a copy of the tablet overwrites your active hotbar item.
