1.16.5 breakevent.json:

I'm struggling to make sticks drops after breaking leaves with bare hands at rate of 25%. I used examples on InControls wiki... And haven't had much success with the rates. I break the leaves and the seem to drop sticks at Minecraft's default rate. breakevents.zip
