Никого не банили последнее время? А то я схлопотал бан... Разбаниться реально?

У меня такая хрень была давно дали бан на одном аккаунте до 2035 года без возможности разбана. Притом никаких пояснений почему и за что никто из поддержки не дает. Аккаунт был зарегистрирован и игры на нем были куплены мной есть все чеки. Скамом и подобной херью не занимался работал только этой программой.
