Skinrestoter doesnt work with "use" perm 1.20.1 fabric

I didnt tried universal perms on different mods yet but I have problem with using it on skinrestorer. I tried to set all skinrestorer commands to be false for normal players and it doesnt work, If I use "view" perm it work as intended but commands still can be used if written correctly.
