Dream Explorer disc comes packed with many 100% saves for the Sega Dreamcast games. I think these could be extracted using an emulator by copying a save to an emulated VMU. Actual save files should also be available as standalone downloads but I had no luck downloading them and I have no idea what the import strategy for them should be as these don't seem to be VMU dumps (no surprise, given that they are intended for use with real hardware).
Anyway, I don't have the time to work on this myself but I wanted to note that there's a possibility. This should be a low hanging fruit for anyone who wants to contribute :-)
