Two items are not drop

1.18.2 Candleberry and papyrus are not drop.
Is this error? Or is this happen to me only?

I didn't check Candleberries, but I also found that papyrus crops weren't dropping anything at all and, at least in 1.18.2-1.0.5 that seemed to be caused because papyrus is missing its loot table file. If there is still an issue with candleberries in the current version it's likely to be for a different reason as that file seems to be present and consistent with the other crops.
