We can continue to enable these on a per-request basis, e.g. #315

Some are probably of little use, only work in our live environment, or require other dependencies (e.g. Math/Score).

Each added extension will make building a "Wikimedia" patchdemo slightly slower, but some are probably pretty lightweight (e.g. TemplateWizard).

I also checked the tarball list, and the only extension not installed is SecureLinkFixer.

I'm happy to add anything that doesn't require any non-PHP dependencies or tons of configuration.

Ensure we don't try to use LilyPond as it isn't safe
without a secure sandbox, but we can test the VE UI.
