Order documents

Documents are not sorted, and are simply shown according to their creation date.

Spec

As a User
when I am on /documents
-> the documents should be ordered alphabetically
-> the documents should have a created at column
-> clicking on the created at column should order all documents by ascending/descending creation date

USers seem to agree to use a naming convention to find more easily the document they are looking for, yet they would like to be able to have some sub-categories in the 'CR' category which would enable a better sorting of the documents from the start (see new note created for this specific requests)
