The entry PeakWidth: 0.0027 is the width of the signals in the mass spectrum; unit would be Da.

The only semi-relevant entry in MassBank Record guide is:
Subtag: MASS_ACCURACY
Example: AC$MASS_SPECTROMETRY: MASS_ACCURACY 50 ppm over a range of about m/z 100-1000.
=> AC$MASS_SPECTROMETRY: MASS_ACCURACY 0.0027 Da ????
