JSON-LD: sameAs for MolecularEntity ?

In a recent Bioschemas discussion with @egonw and @AlasdairGray there was the recommendation to include
https://schema.org/sameAs as properties where it makes sense to make the harvested metadata more interoperable.
A low hanging fruit would be in our "@type": "MolecularEntity"
to have "sameAs": "https://www.genome.jp/dbget-bin/www_bget?cpd:C00509"
for all the links out with CH$LINKs.
