Fostering FAIR MassBank

FAIRsFAIR implemented a tool for the FAIR assessment of digital objects called F-UJI. This is quite interesting and I suggest to improve compliance of the data repository.

I think, this is an interesting approach to foster a possible future FAIR certification of MassBank. So far, we rely on the suggestions of Google or other inquiries. With F-UJI, we could run a full assessment and then improve the compliance.
