The KODI plugin plugin.video.vdr.recordings allows to play VDR (http://www.tvdr.de/) recordings in KODI (https://kodi.tv/).

The context menu allows to delete recordings. This is done as VDR does it, there is no actual deletion, just the *.rec file is renamed to *.del. VDR will delete the *.del directories.
