Introduction Summary
Current Marist College student enrolled in the computer science program. Seeking an internship or research opportunity that will allow me to utilize my problem solving skills and attention to detail to further develop my abilities in the field of computer science.

EXPERIENCE

IT Help Desk - Cold Spring Hotel June 2022-September 2022
▪ Delivered IT support to a high six-figure earning business with remote and on job service.

▪ Conducted troubleshooting to resolve IT related problems for thousands of customers.

▪ Repaired Network/AC issues with 24/7 remote support to avoid potential loss of revenue.

▪ Responsible for booking customers and ensuring their data is safe and secure through remote services.

▪ Provided clients with information on upgrade deals and troubleshooting related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

▪ Responsible for accurately taking customer’s orders.

▪ Maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations. Maintaining and guiding, ensuring success and the wellbeing of the overall drive thru department.

PROJECTS

Social Media Website
Developed a Social Media Website that allows users to create an account and post. The website is a fully functional website that furthered my knowledge in web development. This project helped understand the main elements of how most social media websites function. To create this website I used html, css, and client and server side javascript, and a database using postgres. Along with this I learned Source code management through git and github.
